Everyone will more than likely have to deal with a difficult customer at one time or another. While anyone can work with easy people, it takes a real professional to be successful with difficult or challenging customers. If you can navigate these situations successfully things are less likely to escalate so it benefits you, the customer and your organization. During this telelclass participants will learn some strategies that will help them work with challenging customers, so even difficult situations can turn into win-win situations.
