This teleclass is designed to support you and your family in approaching your parents' aging and death. The objective is to provide you with a pathway to begin thinking through the journey that you will likely navigate and that you unknowingly "signed up for" when you became the child of your parents. As details you are likely to encounter become apparent hopefully you will know in advance how to bring peaceful resolution to managing the process along the way.

HITT is a short, high intensity interval workout that increases your metabolism, burns fat, increases muscular strength, and improves cardiovascular health among several other health and fitness benefits. Find out what typical HITT workouts look like, and get links to several video routines that you can do at home. Learn about free smart phone apps that will time your intervals. Even if you're not ready for high intensity you can start out slow and build up to it. Or you can stick with a 15 minute full body workout that is not high intensity.
